Pegwell is Ramsgate's western coastal edge, looking across to Sandwich Bay and out to the Ebbsfleet Roman landing site. Pegwell Bay Nature Reserve (SSSI) is right on the doorstep, and some of the western plots have direct SSSI adjacency - which mostly means don't dump spoil into the reserve verges, straightforward.

Salt exposure here is comparable to the West Cliff even though the wind direction is different. We spec hot-dip galv or stainless hardware on everything, and coastal-facing rear boundaries get the same three-rail closeboard build we use on the West Cliff clifftop. Inland-facing plots away from the sea can drop back to standard spec, but check with us at quote stage - the local wind pattern varies more here than it does in the town.
