When you contact us for a quote via WhatsApp, phone or email, we collect the information you send us: your name, your phone number, your email address, your postcode, and any photos or descriptions of the work you want done. We collect this only to reply to your enquiry and to price the job.
We use your contact details to reply to your quote request, to book any site visit, and (if you go ahead) to schedule and complete the work. We do not send marketing emails or texts. We do not share your information with anyone outside NordSys Limited except where legally required.
Quote enquiries that don't proceed: deleted after 12 months. Completed jobs: kept for 6 years from completion (for tax, VAT and warranty purposes).
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and traffic sources. GA4 uses cookies to distinguish visitors. If you don't want that, most browsers let you block third-party cookies for this site. No advertising cookies are set.
