What to send

For a same-day fixed-price quote on most jobs, we need:

Your postcode. Tells us the area, likely soil profile, likely wind exposure, and whether the property might sit inside a Thanet DC conservation area.
A photo of the fence line. Whole boundary run in one shot, close-up of any specific damage on a repair job.
A short description of what you want. Two lines is plenty.

For larger or more complex jobs (full-boundary replacement over 30m, driveway gates, decking, conservation-area work) we book a site visit. The visit is free. We quote after.

Emergency

Fence blown down and blocking a path, driveway or road, or a gate that won't secure. Call directly on 07763 100 477. Same-day callout where possible.
